The Juiciest Beer-Hamburgers Ever



Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
½ cup beer
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion salt
 freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

 Step 1
Shape the ground beef into three patties. Place the patties in a shallow dish.

 Step 2
Combine the beer, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion salt, and pepper. Pour the marinade over the burgers. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Flip the burgers over and marinate for an additional 15 minutes.

 Step 3
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.

 Step 4
Place the patties on the hot grill and cook for 2 minutes before flipping them over. Cook the burgers to the desired degree of doneness, about 5 minutes per side for well done. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

Taco Bell®  Nachos Supreme Copycat

Taco-seasoned ground beef simmered with tomato and rice is topped with salsa, cheese and lettuce for a tortilla chip-dipping meal.

1 pound ground beef
1 (1.12 ounce) package Pace® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
1 ½ cups water
1 ½ cups uncooked instant white rice
Pace® Thick & Chunky Salsa
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Tortilla chips

Directions

Cook beef and taco seasoning in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.

Add soup, water and rice. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done.

Top with salsa, cheese and lettuce. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.

Taco Bell® Seasoning Copycat




1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon white sugar

Directions

Whisk onion flakes, flour, beef bouillon, garlic salt, cumin, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and sugar together in a bowl.

Two-Ingredient Pizza Dough

"If you want to make a good pizza that's fast and easy, this is it. Cooking at a higher temperature (500 degrees F (260 degrees C)) is the key to making this the perfect pizza. It doesn't get any easier than this folks. Brush dough with olive oil and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!"

1 1/2 cups self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
cooking spray

Directions

Mix flour and Greek yogurt together in a bowl; transfer to a work surface floured with self-rising flour. Knead dough, adding more flour as needed to keep dough from being too sticky, for 8 to 10 minutes.

Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray and spread dough to edges of pan.

Dill Pickle Soup




Dill Pickle Soup


Recipe by: Heather K. "Finely chopped dill pickles are combined with lots of seasonings in chicken broth to make a very unique soup. This does sound like an odd recipe, but it really is good!"

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
7 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles
2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic
4 teaspoons onion salt
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 bay leaves
2 cups warm milk

Directions 


Melt butter in a large stockpot over medium heat. Whisk in flour, and cook until the flour just begins to turn from white to a pale beige, 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk in chicken broth until thickened and smooth. Increase heat to medium high, add dill pickles, pickle juice, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion salt, dill weed, curry powder, white pepper, and bay leaves. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes, whisking frequently. Remove from heat and whisk in milk. Remove bay leaves before serving.
