Gordon Ramsay's Ultimate Burger

  • 1 lb ground sirloin
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomato, cut thinly
  • 1⁄4 cup garlic, chopped
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon honey mustard
To Make:
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Form into patties, cook as desired.
